A polished AI rewrite still needs to preserve what you actually meant.

This week’s prompt from my book, Prompt Engineering for Business Professionals:

“Revise for [audience] and [purpose]. Preserve facts, numbers, qualifications, commitments, and uncertainty. Do not add claims. List ambiguities requiring my decision.”

Try it on a short email or report. Then check whether any dates, promises, or qualifications changed.

The useful part is the final instruction: it asks AI to show where your judgment is needed.
